Orders are processed within 3–6 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated dispatch time.
Shipping Timeline
Delivery times may vary based on location:
Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–7 business days
Remote and rural areas: 7–10 business days
Please note that delays due to courier availability, public holidays, or unforeseen events may occur.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and delivery location.
Free shipping may be offered on select products or promotional orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can also track your shipment under the “Orders” section in your Villege Breeze account.
Delivery Address

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If undelivered, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Damaged Packages
