The Rock Bee and Apiary Honey, harvested by tribal communities (Girijans), is processed at GCC’s modern honey processing units. The process includes gentle pasteurization, filtration, and moisture reduction, ensuring the honey retains its natural purity and nutritional value.

Girijan Honey is nature’s original sweetener, offered as a natural source of energy with a unique combination of nutrients. It mainly consists of fructose, glucose, and water, along with trace amounts of enzymes, minerals, vitamins, and amino acids.

With its higher fructose content, honey is naturally sweeter than refined sugar. It is an invert sugar, derived from the nectar of forest flowers collected by bees. The flavor and color of the honey may vary depending on the floral source visited by the bees.
