Return & Refund Policy

At Villege Breeze, we strive to deliver quality, handcrafted, and traditional products that meet your expectations. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy under the terms outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • The product must be in resellable condition with original tags (if applicable)

  • Opened food items or damaged products due to misuse are not eligible


2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or consumed food items

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or on clearance


3. How to Initiate a Return

Option 1: Through Your Account

  1. Go to the Orders page in your Villege Breeze account

  2. Click on the order you want to return

  3. Click the “Return Product” button next to the item

  4. Fill out the return form with:

    • Title (e.g., "Damaged Product")

    • Reason for Return

    • Description of the issue

    • Images or videos of the issue

Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

Option 2: Via Email

  • Email us at villegebreeze.com@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number, product details, and reason for return

  • Attach clear images or videos as proof, if applicable

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval status

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Shipping charges are only refundable for damaged or incorrect items.


5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Send clear images or videos of the product and packaging

  • We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping


6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, they cannot be canceled—you must follow the return process after delivery.
